System Analyst - DAP


Position Objectives:

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Propose and implement new technologies aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support to prevent disruptions and minimize business impact.

Work Timings:

  • Mandatory onsite presence all 5 working days.
  • Remote work is not permitted.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
  • Administer Linux systems on RHEL 7/8/9.
  • Oversee VMWare and VSAN/NAS operations.
  • Perform hardware monitoring and provide L3 production support.
  • Handle backup technologies including Rubrik, Veeam, and NetBackup.
  • Maintain Citrix infrastructure (preferred).
  • Ensure robust security protocols and perform advanced troubleshooting.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-level documentation.
  • Manage data center hardware.
  • Utilize automation tools like Ansible.
  • Apply ITIL or similar frameworks for service management.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies.
  • Use monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, and Splunk.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Autonomous decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of relevant IT infrastructure management experience.
