Job Summary:

Finesse Aesthetic Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services and has a keen interest in cosmetology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist physicians during medical and surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe environment for all treatments and procedures.
  • Monitor patients recovery and provide essential healthcare support.
  • Keep accurate patient records and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients about aftercare, procedures, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or cosmetology setting.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical protocols and patient care best practices.
  • A friendly and empathetic attitude toward patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: 25,000 28,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
  • Probation Period: 3 months.
  • Bonus: Diwali Bonus.
  • Leaves: 1 sick leave per month.
  • Holidays: National holidays only.
  • Insurance: ESIC Insurance available after 6 months.
  • Provident Fund & Gratuity: Not applicable.
