TalentGlider is a fast-growing IT and analytics company helping businesses build strong digital footprints and data-driven strategies. We are looking for a results-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Indore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website ranking and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for on-page SEO.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong understanding of HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and basic web technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WordPress or other Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and link-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and Google Ads (bonus).
