Staff Nurse:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our hospital. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ICU, post-operative care, and dialysis. Prior work in a NABH-accredited hospital is preferred. This role demands a strong clinical foundation, patient-focused care, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality nursing care to critically ill, post-surgical, and dialysis patients.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist with procedures.
  • Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with NABH standard.
  • Familiar with HIMS system.
  • Follow infection control and patient safety protocols strictly.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts.
  • Assist with the daily operation of the hospital including inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate handover of patient care information to the next shift.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid registration.

2-6 years of experience .

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computer operating skills.

Most preferred ICU and post-surgical ward experience.

Attention to detail in administering medications and maintain the patient record.

Willing to work in rotational shift.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
  • Responsible for proper handover during shift changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
