The ideal candidate will oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of signage products across project sites in India. With over 25 years of industry leadership, Budget Signs operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Baddi and provides branding solutions to major corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dispatch operations and shipment scheduling for signage materials.
  • Ensure accurate packing, documentation, and on-time delivery to client sites.
  • Interaction with transporters for vehicle planning.
  • Monitor logistics and inventory; liaise with production, sales, and installation teams.
  • Maintain dispatch records and report to management; implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain or similar.
  • Dispatch/logistics experience in manufacturing/project environments is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of dispatch management is desirable
