Tube Bender

Job Purpose:

Responsible for operating tube bending machines and related equipment to produce precision-bent tubes as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC tube bending machines to bend metal tubes to required angles, radii, and dimensions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select appropriate dies, mandrels, and tooling for each job.
• Perform machine adjustments and programming as needed to achieve required tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and surface finish.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in tube bending processes.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, perform basic preventive maintenance, and report equipment issues.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily/weekly output targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or B.E in Mechanical or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in tube bending, pipe bending, or metal fabrication (manual or CNC).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend data sheets.
• Strong understanding of bending principles, tooling setup, and machine operation.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of welding or tube cutting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
