Description

We are seeking a seasoned person with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion PPM modules to lead our PPM team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in PPM modules and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects. Additionally, they should exhibit strong people management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle PPM modules including but not limited to Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Execution, Project Manufacturing, Project Accounting, Project Budgeting, Grant Management etc.
  • It is desired to have well verse with cross financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud 
  • He/She must be well verse with revenue recognition, accrual, project accounting and IFRS compliances.
  • Develop strategic plans for PPM systems deployment and enhancements.
  • Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes.
  • Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects.
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
  • CA/CMA or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud 
  • Expertise in at least 5 PPM Modules.
  • Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
