Soumali Adhikary is searching for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. We need a social media wizard who can not only manage our online presence but elevate it to a new level of sophistication and engagement.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. We are looking for someone with an energetic spirit, a finger on the pulse of emerging trends, and the ability to turn a scroll into a stop. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who understands the unique language of luxury and knows how to build an exclusive community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's luxury identity and business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of visually stunning and compelling content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.). This includes working with our in-house creative team to produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online community. Respond to comments and messages with a high-touch, brand-aligned voice. Foster an exclusive and loyal following.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging emerging social media trends, features, and platforms. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and refine strategies.
  • Brand Collaborations: Identify and manage collaborations with high-profile influencers, luxury brands, and partners to expand our reach and reinforce our brand's prestige.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions that generate excitement and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing and engaging an online audience for a high-end brand.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and their unique algorithms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an elegant and witty tone.
  • A natural storyteller with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual design.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
