We are looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Software Developer with a strong background in delivering enterprise-grade software solutions for global oil and gas automation projects.

This role requires deep expertise in .NET (C#), WPF, C++, and SQL Server, along with hands-on experience in industrial systems, SCADA integration, and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust back-end services using .NET (C#) and C++ for industrial automation platforms.
  • Develop and maintain WPF-based desktop applications for control room and field user interfaces.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases for telemetry, alarms, and production history.
  • Integrate with SCADA systems, OPC servers, and field devices to enable real-time data flow.
  • Create automation scripts and tools in Linux environments for diagnostics and edge computing tasks.
  • Follow global best practices in software design, modular architecture, and system scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation and petroleum engineers, across global regions.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues spanning both software and hardware layers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in backend software development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET (C#), WPF, and C++.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
  • Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, and low-level system operations.
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, OOP, and clean coding practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments across distributed global teams.
  • Excellent skills in debugging, problem-solving, and system diagnostics.
