## Purpose of the Role

To provide pre-sales and post-sales project engineering support for industrial safety and automation projects. The role involves concept design, project execution, vendor coordination, customer support, and ensuring compliance with EHS norms & international safety standards.

## Key Responsibilities

### Pre-Sales Support

* Understand customer requirements (mechanical, safety, electrical) and consolidate feedback from production, maintenance, projects, and EHS teams.

* Define project concepts and assist pre-sales in customer approval.

* Work with safety consultants to validate scope as per safety standards.

* Identify and involve system integrators, define scope of work, and obtain offers.

* Provide offers, drawings, and technical documents to pre-sales teams.

### Project Execution (Turnkey Orders)

* Ensure compliance with EHS norms during execution for vendors and internal teams.

* Create Gantt charts, activity lists (online/offline), and monitor timelines.

* Manage vendors and integrators for mechanical & electrical scope.

* Oversee fabrication, build process, site execution, and vendor readiness.

* Conduct onsite visits, monitor progress, attend GAMBA meetings, and provide project updates.

* Manage project sign-off, handover, validation with safety consultants, and customer certification.

### Service & Customer Support

* Support sales in identifying customer needs and proposing safety solutions.

* Manage installation, commissioning, training, and technical support.

* Suggest BOM for safety PLC & advanced safety solutions.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Prepare service agreements, warranty policies, and root cause analysis reports.

* Build strong coordination with international teams for warranty replacements and technical support.
