RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance operations of the hotel, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate the engineering and maintenance team.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

  • Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.

  • Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.

  • Maintain proper records of equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
