Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights,
the Senior Research Executive for Cytiva is responsible the day-to-day management of multiple global market research projects. The role is fast paced and varied. A typical day may involve internal global stakeholder interaction to discuss questionnaire or discussion guide design; liaising with agency partners to manage and monitor recruitment or fieldwork progress; analyzing data and associated charting; creating a presentation to tell the insight story. For qualitative projects there may be some interviewing responsibilities and subsequent analysis

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights and is part of the Marketing function. The role is based in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

·      Liaising directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs.

·      Contribute to project design and delivery discussions.

·      Brief and manage agencies where appropriate.

·      Conduct detailed data analysis and charting.

·      Work on creating research deliverables. Independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.

·      Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights with delivery of (part of) the research findings and recommendation.

·      Manage project timelines.

Who you are:

·      MBA/PGDBM or Post-Graduate equivalent

·      At least 3+ years of market research experience working within a market research agency

·      Proficient in quantitative research including working with tools such as Q, Tableau etc. as well as Excel and with excellent data manipulation skills.

·      Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·      Bachelors in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences or similar science background

·      B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/ healthcare /life science research sector experience

·      Dashboarding using tools such as Power BI

·      Qualitative research – conduct indepth interviews, content analysis and reporting
