- Negotiation:Negotiate advertising contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Reporting & Analysis:Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and metrics, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other internal teams to align objectives and develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Training & Development:Provide training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:Proven experience in advertising sales with a strong track record of success, ideally with at least 3-5 years in the field.
- Leadership:Previous experience in a leadership or management role is essential.
