Job Summary

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest comfort in line with four-star hotel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily as per hotel standards.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities according to SOP.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and furniture.
• Replenish minibar, guest supplies, and amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
• Ensure trolleys and cleaning equipment are clean, stocked, and neatly arranged.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, responding promptly to their requests.
• Follow hotel policies, health & safety, and fire safety procedures.
• Support colleagues and assist in deep cleaning or special cleaning tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• diploma or degree in hotel management or housekeeping skill certificate
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience an advantage).
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Good communication skills and guest-oriented attitude.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
