Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with good communication skills, a strong foundation in basic Excel, and sound knowledge of balance sheet preparation. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting pre-migration activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial statements.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and bank statements.
- Work on pre-migration accounting processes, ensuring smooth transition and accuracy.
- Support the Accounts/Finance team in audits, compliance, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and share financial reports with management as required.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good Communication Skills – verbal and written.
- Basic Excel Knowledge – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting.
- Balance Sheet Knowledge – preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Team player with problem-solving attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
