About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Analyst to join our Finance team as an Associate Manager, supporting the Mosaic global planning tool at PepsiCo. Mosaic is revolutionizing the FP&A processes across global markets, delivering enhanced financial insights to senior leadership.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for live market support, focusing on resolution of data issues related to staging, ETL processes, data transformation logic, and system connectivity. Youll work closely with IT/BRM teams, Sector FP&A, Cockpit, and cross-functional teams such as Net Revenue Management, Global Procurement, Coman, and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy, readiness, and seamless adoption of Mosaic across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Live Market & Data Support

  • Conduct detailed data validation to ensure ETL pipelines meet business and financial requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues in staging, transformation, and connectivity layers.
  • Provide end-user support and guidance on data sources, systems, and logic.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate timely resolution and deployment of solutions.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analytics and reporting using BI tools and SPOT.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Ensure high standards of data quality and cleansing to enable seamless BI consumption.
  • Proactively monitor ETL pipelines and issue DQR notifications for resolution.
  • Work closely with FP&A teams to identify and bridge data quality gaps.
  • Support local teams in data preparation activities to ensure Mosaic readiness.

Collaboration & Solution Building

  • Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and product owners to design sustainable, end-to-end data solutions.
  • Facilitate coordination between technology and finance teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met across all processes.

Qualifications

  • MBA, CA, CMA, or Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, FP&A, or data transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise tools (Power Apps, BI tools, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to Mosaic, SPOT, or similar FP&A platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
