  1. रोगी की देखभाल करना:

मरीज के दैनिक कार्यों में सहायता करना — जैसे उठना-बैठना, नहाना, कपड़े पहनना, खाना खिलाना आदि।

  1. दवाई समय पर देना:

डॉक्टर के निर्देश अनुसार समय पर दवा देना और दवाई की मात्रा का ध्यान रखना।

  1. साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना:

मरीज के कमरे, बिस्तर और आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ रखना ताकि संक्रमण न हो।

  1. खाने-पीने की व्यवस्था:

डॉक्टर या डाइटिशियन के निर्देश अनुसार मरीज को पौष्टिक भोजन देना।

  1. रिपोर्ट और रिकॉर्ड रखना:

मरीज की स्थिति, दवाई का समय, डॉक्टर की विज़िट आदि का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

  1. भावनात्मक सहयोग देना:

मरीज को मानसिक रूप से सहारा देना, उनसे बातचीत करना और सकारात्मक माहौल बनाए रखना।

  1. डॉक्टर/परिवार को जानकारी देना:

मरीज की तबीयत में किसी भी बदलाव की जानकारी तुरंत डॉक्टर या परिवार के सदस्य को देना।

  1. मूवमेंट में सहायता करना:

मरीज को टहलने, बेड से उठने या स्ट्रेचर/व्हीलचेयर पर बैठाने में मदद करना।

  1. सामान संभालना:

मेडिकल उपकरण, दवाइयाँ, और जरूरी चीज़ों का ध्यान रखना।

  1. आपातकालीन स्थिति में कार्रवाई:

अचानक किसी दिक्कत (जैसे सांस लेने में परेशानी या बेहोशी) की स्थिति में तुरंत अस्पताल या डॉक्टर को सूचित करना।
