Senior Developer

Job Summary
The Senior Developer plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality web applications that meet client requirements and business objectives. This position involves developing and maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions with an emphasis on time, quality, and cost standards. The role also includes providing technical guidance to junior developers and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. (1.) Key Responsibilities
Develop And Maintain Web Applications Using React.Js And Javascript, Ensuring High-Quality Code And Adherence To Best Practices.
Troubleshoot And Resolve Bugs In Existing Features, And Implement Enhancements Based On Business And Client Requirements While Coordinating With Functional And Technical Teams.
Provide Client Support By Presenting Data, Monitoring Requirements, And Resolving Tickets, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks According To Defined Quality Standards.
Create And Maintain Documentation For Enhancements, Aligning With Cmmi And Client Requirements, To Support Development Processes.
Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Growth And Promoting Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Clarify Requirements For Development Purposes, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.Skill Requirements
Strong Understanding Of React.Js And Javascript Frameworks.
Good Knowledge Of Web Development Principles And Practices, Including Html, Css, And Restful Apis.
Familiarity With Version Control Systems, Particularly Git.
Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Basic Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Software Development Processes.Certification
Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Javascript Certification, Or Agile Certification.
