Job Description

Support CTO for driving various critical projects with directly collaboration with BU Head towards Circle Network KPI improvement not limited to Project & Deployment, 5G rollouts, 4G rollouts, Mobility services, TOCO operation, Wireline & Mobility quality experience, Home delivery organization, Core expansions, Fiber rollout, Media readiness, Homepass Delivery etc.

Exhibit leadership skills for driving senior team members for delivery and analysis reports from the CTO lenses.

Support CTO in arranging relevant data points for Invoice / PR / NFA approvals

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical techniques.

Prepare actionable insights and reports for business stakeholders.

MIS Reporting:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Automate routine reporting tasks using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of MIS reports.

Dashboard & Visualization:

Build and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations for key metrics.

Collaborate with departments to identify relevant KPIs and reporting needs.

Data Management & Integrity:

Ensure database integrity, data accuracy, and system efficiency.

Perform regular audits to maintain the quality of stored data.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Network, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Support business leaders with ad-hoc data requests and performance analysis.
