Job Title: Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–4 years

Industry Preference: Financial Services / Fintech / BFSI/E-commerce

Department: Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management


• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads

(Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads


• Manage end-to-end paid media budgets and ensure positive ROI across all

channels.


• Collaborate with creative and product teams to design ad creatives and landing

pages that improve conversion rates.

  1. Analytics & Optimization


• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS,

LTV).


• Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.


• Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust) to

assess campaign attribution and user behavior.

  1. Reporting & Insights


• Create daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track spend, performance, and

ROI.


• Present campaign learnings, insights, and optimization recommendations to

management.


• Do user and market research on new product lines, competitor analyses etc

  1. Collaboration


• Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, design, and analytics

teams

Key Requirements


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• Experience: 2–4 years in digital or performance marketing.


• Industry Preference: Fintech, NBFCs, Banking, or financial products (loans,

credit cards, credit score, insurance).


• Hands-on Expertise:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • MMPs (AppsFlyer / Branch / Adjust)
  • Excel / Data Studio for reporting


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to handle large campaign budgets and deliver on performance KPIs.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.
