Role & responsibilities

  • Optimizing (Managing & Controlling) Supply chain cost

Analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to

senior management.

  • Collaboration & Relationship Management:

Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall

business objectives.

  • Process Improvement & Efficiency:

Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement, cost reduction, and efficiency

improvements within the supply chain.

Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes.

Leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and visibility.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal control procedures.

Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance and KPIs to senior management.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-

performing environment.

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure professional growth and achievement of

departmental goals.

  • Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks throughout the supply

chain.

Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential disruptions.

Preferred candidate profile

CA / ICWA preferably with exposure of supply chain finance / Warehouse operations


• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.


• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.


• Proficiency with SAP and supply chain management software.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
