Job Summary:

The Integration Analyst acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that integration requirements are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and producing detailed specifications to support the design and delivery of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for system integrations.
  • Analyze existing systems, data flows, and business processes to identify integration points.
  • Create detailed specifications, data mapping documents, and process diagrams for integration projects.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support testing and validation by reviewing test cases, coordinating test activities, and ensuring alignment with requirements.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation for future reference and audits.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in business analysis or systems analysis, preferably in integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of data flows, system interfaces, and integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, including process flows and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Understanding of data governance and security considerations.
