Executive – QC Paints

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Quality Control Specialist with 2+ years of experience in paint lab operations, raw material testing, and process compliance. Skilled in executing QC lab activities to ensure products meet all required specifications and safety standards, while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in testing and reporting.

Responsibilities: -

• Support QC operations by efficiently executing assigned tasks, maintaining high testing standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth lab workflows and compliance with quality protocols
• Conduct quality testing of incoming raw materials, packing materials, and paint samples (both water - based & solvent - based)
• Approve materials based on QAP and specifications, generate GHS labels, and raise non- conformance reports for rejected items
• Handle production floor deviations and support complaint resolution to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and calibration of lab instruments for accurate and reliable testing
• Track and improve KPIs, while supporting new materials testing and ensure QC processes are completed swiftly and effectively

Qualification:
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Paint Technology), Diploma in Paint Technology, M.Sc. in Chemistry

Experience:
Over 2 years of hands-on experience in raw material testing, quality control, and paint lab operations
