Role & responsibilities

Job Title: International Voice Technical Support

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Rotational Shifts (2-Way Cab Provided within 30 KM Radius)

Compensation :

Fresher: 3 LPA (17,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus)

6 to 18 Months Experience: 3.4 LPA (20,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus)

Above 18 Months Experience: 4 LPA (25,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional support to international customers through voice, email, and chat channels.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Communicate clearly, empathetically, and efficiently across diverse cultural and time zone contexts

Key Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals (up to 18+ months) are welcome.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Adaptability to rotational night shifts and dynamic support environments

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools

Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach

Basic technical understanding to assist with product-related queries
