We're looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner with proven experience. You'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, supporting Siemens Limited's growth through strategic and thoughtful recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  2. Manage the full hiring process, from intake to offer.

  3. Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  4. Build and maintain a solid pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.
  5. Engage active and passive talent through sourcing, referrals, and digital tools.
  6. Conduct structured interviews and screenings aligned with role criteria.

  7. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout

  8. Stakeholder Collaboration

  9. Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.

  10. Provide insights on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarks.

  11. Share regular updates and feedback with stakeholders and candidates.

  12. Data and Insights

  13. Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

  14. Share reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisions.
  15. Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and hiring impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritization
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Interest in continuous learning and personal development
