Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our post-investment support function. The role is centered on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, addressing their queries, ensuring smooth communication, and providing a seamless investment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients and investors.
  • Manage client inquiries regarding investments, property details, documentation, and ongoing processes.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on investment progress, property-related matters, and company communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Property Management) to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Support investor communication initiatives, such as sending reports, reminders, and updates.
  • Track client satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and safeguard client confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree ( Any Specialization)
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client requirements with patience and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment processes is an added advantage.
