Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, as well as maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger Management
  • Experience with Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing
  • Strong skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Management
  • Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
