Reporting to DGM -MEP Execution

Job Location : Gujarat/Rajasthan/MP/UP/North, MH, South (Chennai ,Bangalore)

Skills needed

B.E. /B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical

Major Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle MEP vendors for seamless execution

  • Good hands -on experience on MEP works - Electrical , HVAC , Fire

Fighting , plumbing works etc

  • Must have ability to take quick decision making on construction sites

basis the need

  • Good communication/ interpersonal skills

  • Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -construction

industry

  • Willing to travel to various construction sites across south indian states

-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.

  • Shall have minimum 3-7 Years experience in relevant field can apply

  • Must have good academics track records

  • Prefer to have autocad experience
