Quality Head - Sheet Metal

Position: Quality Manager - Sheet Metal
Location: Dabua Pali Road, Faridabad
Experience: 7-15 Years
Industry: Sheet Metal Auto Parts Manufacturing & Processes

Requirements of Quality Manager
  1. Experience in Sheet Metal or manufacturing & processes years)
  2. Good knowledge of systems (Quality - ISO, etc.)
  3. Should be able to develop processes and customize as per business needs
  4. Hands-on experience with computer applications (Excel, PPT, MS Projects)
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Must be part of Mace Audit
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  1. Conduct process and product audits.
  2. Handle daily rejection meetings and prepare CAPA for defects observed.
  3. Perform rejection analysis in-house and at customer end.
  4. Conduct casting dimensional audits and casting cut section analysis for wall thickness and product special characteristics.
  5. Conduct vendor end assessment audits and develop improvement plans with vendors to address audit findings.
  6. Responsible as a CFT member for the implementation and regularization of Engineering Change Approvals (ECA).
  7. Ensure establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the quality system in the company, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  8. Engage in improvement activities like Kaizen, Yellow Belt/Green Belt projects, QMS.
  9. Update PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram.
  10. Familiarity with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
  11. Knowledge of assembly processes; preferred industries include Construction, Manufacturing and Production, and Automotive Industry.

Salary: 50-60K
