Role: Branch Manager

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to oversee branch operations, manage a team, ensure smooth sales and inventory flow, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily branch operations (sales, customer service, inventory & staff management)
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle branch administration, reporting, and staff supervision

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–5 years preferred in building materials / trading / retail management or any work experience
  • Age: 30–45 years preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for branch performance
  • preference will given to the candidates who can easily commute to the work place
  • Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
