Job Title: Social Media Manager (WFO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of professional experience in handling business pages and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should know how to build brand presence, increase engagement, and generate leads through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, captions, stories, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting schedules and respond to audience interactions.
  • Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for better reach and leads.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team for visual creatives.
  • Monitor insights, analyze performance, and create weekly reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and audience growth.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and post scheduling.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
