REPORTS TO: Director of BI and AnalyticsGENERAL PURPOSE:The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data across a variety of sources, creating measurable and actionable reports for internal use.

When assigned, the Data Analyst will also assist in the creation and testing of data processes. This position is also responsible for building ad-hoc reports and analyses, validating and auditing internal data, as well as monitoring the quality and performance of incoming data sources and platforms. The Data Analyst will work in collaboration with the BI team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Produce accurate, clear reports as requested by internal customers

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Responsible for tracking and reporting on department initiatives and status reports

Undertake operational research to identify and recommend solutions to challenges.Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Identification and resolution of issues presented by dataKEY COMPETENCIES:Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyA fast learner and able to adopt new data analytical processes

Must have an intuitive grasp for utilizing data to drive business results

Excellent oral and written communication skills with commitment to precision and detail

Positive team player able to thrive in a highly motivated in a fast-paced environment

Responsive and able to manage their time

Customer service mindsetQUALIFICATIONS: Must have: +4 years of experience as a data analyst

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, SQL, Power BIEnglish as a Native Speaker level
