About the Role / भूमिका के बारे में:We are urgently hiring Field Sales Executives to promote our agarbatti and pooja products. / हम अपने अगरबत्ती और पूजा-पाठ उत्पादों की बिक्री बढ़ाने के लिए तुरंत Field Sales Executives की भर्ती कर रहे हैं।

Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • Visit retail shops, distributors & wholesalers. / रिटेल दुकानों, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स और होलसेलर्स से मिलना।
  • Promote products & achieve sales targets. / प्रोडक्ट्स को प्रमोट करना और सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना।
  • Maintain client relationships. / ग्राहकों से अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।
  • Collect market feedback. / मार्केट से फीडबैक एकत्र करना।
  • Ensure timely payment collection. / समय पर भुगतान एकत्र करना।

Requirements / आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:

  • Minimum 6 months field sales experience. / कम से कम 6 महीने का फील्ड सेल्स अनुभव।
  • Must have own two-wheeler & valid driving license. / अपना दोपहिया वाहन और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना जरूरी।
  • Good communication & convincing skills. / अच्छी बातचीत और समझाने की क्षमता।
  • Self-motivated & target-oriented. / लक्ष्य उन्मुख और प्रेरित व्यक्ति।

Salary & Benefits / वेतन और लाभ:

  • salary / वेतन: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 प्रति माह
  • Incentive / प्रोत्साहन: Up to ₹10,000 per month / प्रति माह ₹10,000 तक
  • Additional / अतिरिक्त: Petrol Allowance / पेट्रोल भत्ता
  • Performance-based rewards / प्रदर्शन आधारित इनाम
