Field Sales Executive Needed – Glass & Hardware (Kolkata Region)

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Mallik Glass and Co. If you have experience in the Glass & Hardware industry and enjoy being on the move, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Role:

  • Visit hardware outlets and glass retailers within a 100 km radius of Kolkata.
  • Showcase our products and generate new sales orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and dealers.

Requirements:

  • Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid license.
  • Willingness to travel daily for field sales.
  • Prior experience in Hardware/ Glass sales is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Commission Based: High earning potential based entirely on your sales performance.
  • Travel Allowance (TA): Fuel and travel expenses will be fully borne by the company.

Location: Kolkata (and surrounding areas up to 100km).
