Research Analyst

We are looking for a Research Analyst with an M.Sc. Chemistry background to support our testing, product development, and innovation activities in the medical device/healthcare manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products
• Assist in development of new products (adhesives, tapes, laminates, films, coatings, etc.)
• Perform chemical analysis, physical property tests, and formulation studies
• Support validation and documentation as per ISO 13485 / MDR
• Maintain lab records, test reports, and SOP compliance
• Work closely with QA, Production and R&D teams
• Troubleshoot product performance issues
• Evaluate alternative materials and suppliers

Required Qualification

• M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic/Analytical/Polymer preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)

Desired Skills

• Understanding of analytical techniques (UV-Vis, FTIR, TGA, DSC, GC/HPLC basics)
• Knowledge of polymer chemistry, adhesives, coatings (preferred)
• Good observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in testing labs and development environment
