Job Description

  1. Strategic Ownership  P&L
  2. Own and drive the end-to-end P&L of marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, etc.).
  3. Define marketplace strategy, revenue targets, and growth roadmap aligned with brand goals.
  4. Scale revenue across platforms through pricing, assortment planning, and performance marketing.
  5. Lead advertising strategy (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Marketing, etc.) to optimize ROI.
  6. Monitor category performance, competition trends, and leverage platform-led opportunities.
  7. Oversee product listing quality (SEO keywords, A+ content, creatives, videos, PDP optimization).
  8. Drive visibility through promotional campaigns, deals, and exclusive launches.
  9. Forecast demand and align with the supply chain to ensure seamless availability.
  10. Minimize stock-outs, returns, and operational leakages while improving fulfillment efficiency.
  11. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  12. Build and lead a high-performing marketplace team.
  13. Collaborate with marketing, brand, finance, and supply chain teams to drive cohesive execution.
  14. Monitor reviews/ratings and ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.
  15. Ensure compliance with platform policies, pricing norms, and brand guidelines.
