TCS iON is looking at deploying Venue Administration Manager at these venues to provide complete administrative support & enable smooth conduct of exams at the venues. The Venue Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative activities at the venue (as defined below) and must comply with defined reporting and compliance matrix.
- There is a need to deploy Venue Admin Manager (VAM) at each ViDZ (Vender iON Digital Zone) and Temp venues/LISP (Local Infrastructure Service Provider) to ensure effective administrative activities at each venue. The nature of requirements are
- Permanent deployment/coverage (6 days a week 10-12 hrs.) at Fixed Venues/ViDZ.
- Ad-hoc (Need basis) deployment at Temp. Venues/ViDZ on exam days.
(i) Experience of the candidate to be between 2-8 years in Managing Facilities ( As per the earlier given JD the experience of the candidate was 1 to 3yrs)
(ii) Minimum Qualification Graduation (Non- Technical)
(iii) Candidate age to be between 25 years to 40 years (Age should be minimum 22 yrs considering the experience required post-graduation) Relaxed age limit for Ex service man get limit to be 48 years subject to physical fitness.
(iv) Proficient in Regional language
(v) Basic Knowledge of Electrical Equipment
(vi) Good Knowledge of Facility Management
(vii)Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure
(viii)Willing to travel
(ix)Good liasoning with Police and other local Govt. Departments
(x)Open to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work
(xi)Good computer knowledge ( Microsoft xls,word, Powerpoint etc).
