As this is a global role with large-scale operations (value-driven rather than volume-driven), we expect candidates to have strong sourcing and negotiation skills, a data-driven approach, and the maturity to handle 6–8 digit USD SaaS negotiations and deliver measurable savings.

. Procurement Operations
. Vendor Management & Sourcing

. Compliance & Risk Mitigation
. Review, validate, and process purchase requisitions in alignment with organizational policies and budget controls.
. Ensure proper structuring of purchasing requests, including accurate categorization, scope definition, and
compliance documentation.
. Maintain procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
. Initiate first-round negotiations with vendors, focusing on pricing, delivery terms, and service levels.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and evaluate supplier capabilities.
. Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with OneTrust-driven privacy and risk protocols.
. Utilize Coupa for requisition tracking, approval workflows, and spend analysis.
. Ensure data integrity and timely updates within procurement systems.
. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
. Ensure procurement activities align with internal controls, legal standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support contract reviews and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a large enterprise environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Coupa and One Trust platforms.
Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, including requisition management, RFx processes, and vendor
negotiations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools.
Familiarity with ESG and sustainable sourcing practices.
Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
