We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead Electrical Engineer
to join our team and drive the
end-to-end design of Medium Voltage Switchgear (2kV–38kV) systems
on Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects.

In this leadership role, you will:

Review customer specifications and develop complete electrical designs (one-line, three-line, schematics, GAs, panel layouts)

Select components and ensure compliance with
UL and industry standards

Submit and manage approval drawings, engaging directly with customers for clarifications

Support shop-floor teams by resolving design queries

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers

What we're looking for:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

· years of experience in
Medium Voltage (2kV–38kV) ETO design

· Strong knowledge of breakers, Protection relays, and protection/control schemes

· Familiarity with
UL and ANSI/IEEE standards

· Proven team leadership and customer-facing experience and working in a high pressure environment
