Role and Responsibilities:
The ERP Implementor at Rabatex Industries plays a crucial role in understanding the business processes and documenting them, setting up the ERP system, and ensuring a successful implementation based on the organization's requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing the organization's individual department systems and databases for ERP implementation.
  • Handling post-implementation queries and training employees on new software features.
  • Liaising with the software development team to implement updates and features in the organization.
  • Continuously monitoring, tracking, reporting, and governing the ERP implementation project.
  • Serving as the single point of contact between employees and the software development team.
  • Ensuring timely data upload and update on the ERP system for all departments.
  • Entering and validating data in the ERP software for accuracy.
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining missing details.
  • Creating data backups as part of the contingency plan.
  • Providing functional and transactional support for the Microsoft ERP system, including accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry and inquiry, and quality management.
  • Preparing and forwarding daily MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
