Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Electrical Design Engineer
with over 10 years of experience in
Building Services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of electrical systems—from concept and schematic design through to detailed design, tender documentation, and GFC drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Review of HV & LV Power Systems:
  • Capable of preparing DB schedules, voltage drop calculations, and single line diagrams (SLD).
  • Lighting Design:
  • Proficient in lighting layout and calculations using DIALux.
  • Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Design:
  • Able to design and review life safety systems as per standards.
  • Telephone and Communication Systems:
  • Design and review of voice/data infrastructure.
  • Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems:
  • Experience in security, access control, and surveillance systems.
  • Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation:
  • Skilled in creating take-off sheets and bill of quantities.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Effective coordination with clients, architects, structural and MEP teams. Must have strong communication skills and be a collaborative team player.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in DIALux and electrical design tools
  • Excellent understanding of electrical standards and codes
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
