We are seeking a highly experienced Pattern Maker with strong expertise in pattern making for shell castings. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in 3D modeling and programming for machining of patterns, along with a solid background in problem-solving related to foundry pattern development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain patterns for shell castings, aluminum patterns for machine

molding items, and green sand castings.

• Create and modify 3D models for pattern making using CAD/CAM software.
• Apply CNC programming knowledge for machining of patterns with high precision.
• Collaborate with design, tooling, and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues during manufacturing and casting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, durability, and cost-effectiveness of patterns.
• Maintain documentation and revision history of patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in shell casting patterns, aluminum patterns, machine molding, and green

sand items.

• Expert-level 3D modeling skills (CAD/CAM) with programming knowledge for CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of foundry processes, tooling, and machining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
