Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the ADL team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for drug substances, intermediates, and raw materials as per current guideline.
  • Optimize methods for accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
  • Prepare validation protocols, conduct experiments, and generate validation reports.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ICH, GMP).
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC-HS, , IR, UV, etc) and support to regulatory query response.
  • Troubleshoot analytical issues and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Process Development teams to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Support technology transfer activities.
