Ifinix Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing fintech software company providing advanced banking and financial automation solutions to co-operative banks and financial institutions across India. We are expanding our mobile development team and looking for passionate Flutter Developers to work on innovative banking and digital payment applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
  • Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to deliver seamless app functionality.
  • Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, and payment gateways.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Debug, test, and optimize application performance across devices.
  • Work on app publishing and version upgrades on Google Play Store & App Store.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.
  • Strong understanding of UI widgets, layouts, navigation, animations in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of state management (Provider / GetX / Bloc / Riverpod etc.).
  • Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data handling.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for mobile app development.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or banking domain projects.
  • Knowledge of Flutter Web / Desktop apps.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology & Jira/Trello tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and user-centric mindset.
