Sr. Executive- IT

Job Summary:

• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with vendors when required.
• CCTV, and NVR Maintenance, Manage and maintain surveillance camera systems, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and functionality.
• IT inventory management
• Laptop/Desktop and Hardware Management and windows/users backup and windows installation.
• Maintain the organization network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Manage and maintain IP addressing, subnetting, and routing configurations.
• Support configuration and maintenance of Windows, data backup, disaster recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations of HP Devices.
• Users data backup and mail id configure and backup.
• IT inventory management and keep record in files.
• Daily monitoring of NVR Camera, Printers, network switch firewall, Wi-Fi access point, and Centralize UPS health.
• Server room and connected Network Racks must be online and always running on centralize UPS, take approval mail for maintenance if require.
• Daily Reporting and monthly report summary of IT work
