We are Hiring for Supplychain Executive for our Tier 1 Automotive in Oragadam Location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Supply chain activities,

Interacting with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Should Have Experience in Imports / Localization / Scheduling / Forwarding.
  • Generate SCM Operations in accordance with organizational policies and
  • procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of SCM, including specifications,
  • quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure delivery schedules with suppliers as per agreed Terms
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased products meet
  • quality standards and specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery delays.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Generate and analyze reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Should have experience in Sourcing components like Sheetmetal , Plastic , Rubber , Plastics,
  • High-pressure Diecasting , Cast Iron , Casting Stamping Parts
