Job Description

Join Banking domain in India Solutions as a Software Developer – One Sourcing Team, where you will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are looking for a DevOps-savvy professional with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, and Docker to manage, scale, and enhance our containerized microservices infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop & maintain distributed systems using Kafka and Kubernetes.
  • Setup and manage Kubernetes clusters ensuring availability and scalability.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment automation.
  • Ensure compliance and security in containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, and release teams for streamlined CI/CD.

Key Skills Required

Mandatory:

  • Kubernetes (setup, orchestration, troubleshooting)
  • Docker (image/container management)
  • Kafka and stream analytics
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Scripting: Bash / Python

Preferred:

  • Git, DevOps tools (CI/CD)
  • Experience working in agile/devops model
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or backend engineering roles.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
