Purchase Executive

 Collect and compare quotations from vendors.

 Support in preparing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring proper documentation.

 Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order status.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

 Assist in tracking inventory levels and replenishment needs.

 Liaise with internal departments (production, accounts, warehouse) for smooth procurement operations.

 Help in resolving purchase-related queries or discrepancies.

 Maintain and update the supplier database.

 Provide administrative support to the procurement team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
