MIS Executive

The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). AVA is a child rights movement founded and spearheaded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.MIS Executive- Job Description :The MIS function is critical to get a realistic view of operational quality of the Centres, including the Bharosa Centres. The MIS function will be responsible for data collection with respect to Attendance, Expenditure, Feedback Gathering exercises, Data dump from various software applications etc, for review and analytics.Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.Criteria RequirementQualification:Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders.Gender: AnyExperience:Experience in Report Preparation in ExcelExperience in making PPTs using various Charts and TablesExperience in supporting accounts team in claims and reimbursements Management etc.Skills: Proficient in MS ExcelIf and Nested IF conditions[AND] & [OR] conditionsPivot TablePivot ChartText to ColumnAdvanced Find and ReplaceHLookupV Look UpData CleaningWeb Forms :Creating online forms for data collection, ex: google formsUnderstanding of various kinds of fields and their usages.Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc.MS Word :Mail Merge FunctionOffice Basics :Folder ManagementVersion Management of important filesAuto Back Up to cloud etc.Advanced search and find of filesPreparing periodic statementsLanguages: Should be fluent in Telugu & English. Should have working knowledge ofHindi.Location: The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises.Compensation- The gross remuneration budget is INR 35 thousand per month.The tenure of the contract: is co-terminus with project funding.
