We need hire a qualified Chartered Accountant with a solid background in real estate and FMCG/Nutraceuticals to manage the financial health of our growing current ecosystem.

Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Completed

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience

• Gender Preference: Male (due to extended working hours and field/warehouse audit responsibilities)

Preferred Background:

• Prior exposure to FMCG, Pharma, or Pharma businesses

• Preferred Experience in real estate accounting, including GST & RERA compliance

• Hands-on with TDS, GST, ROC Filings, Trial Balances, and Internal Controls

• Location Preference: Should be based in or willing to relocate to Mohali/Chandigarh

• Comfortable working in a multi-entity group with cross-linked accounts (LLP, Pvt. Ltd., Partnership firms)

Responsibilities

• Maintain books for multiple entities including LLPs and Pvt. Ltd. firms

• Coordinate with internal accounts team and external auditors

• Handle monthly compliance: GST, TDS, payroll, and ROC

• Monitor and track project-wise cash flow (especially real estate & nutraceutical manufacturing)

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for the Managing Partner (Personal and Private Books)

• Primary : Assist in cost optimization and investment planning
